SPA and Gym: access by prior booking (60 minutes per day). Swim cap (available at the SPA for €4.50) and suitable footwear are mandatory.

– Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
– Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
– Sunday and public holidays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
▪ Children under 12 are not allowed in the SPA after 5:00 PM.
Paraíso 19.95 Restaurant:
– Closed on Sundays and Mondays
– Lunch: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM
– Dinner: Thursday to Saturday, 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM
– Advance booking is recommended
Continental Breakfast: 8:00 am to 10:30 am (buffet or table service, depending on the number of guests), served in the restaurant.
     – Room Only basis: if you wish to add breakfast, it must be requested/booked the day before.
Wine Bar: open Thursday to Saturday, from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Outdoor pool: seasonal, available from June to September (not exclusive to hotel guests)
Cleaning: the stay includes a daily cleaning service. Additional or out-of-schedule cleanings are available upon request and may incur an extra charge.
EV charging: Paid 0,2€ per kWh
Pets: not allowed (except guide dogs)
Smoking: not permitted inside the villas
Guest responsibility: guests are liable for any damage caused during the stay. The property reserves the right to charge for any losses or repairs.
Lost and found: forgotten items are stored for a maximum of 60 days. After this period, the property takes no responsibility for their storage or return.
