Reservations
A 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost will be charged at the time of booking. This amount is refundable according to the terms of your reservation.
The credit card associated with your reservation will be used as a guarantee to cover cancellation penalties as per the reservation, for any damages incurred, or for any extra consumption not paid for during your stay.
All extras associated with the reservation will be charged directly at the hotel.
In the rooms that accomodate more than 2 occupants, it's necessary to add and extra bed with a cost of 65€/night/person, that will be charged directly at the hotel.

For agencies, the conditions aply acording to contract.

Check-In / Check-Out
Our check-in time is between 3 PM and 7 PM, however, if you arrive at a different time, we can store your luggage at reception free of charge. We appreciate you always informing us in advance of your approximate arrival time or any changes to the expected time.

Our check-out time is between 9 AM and 11 AM. If you wish to check out later, you will be subject to availability and may incur a fee. If your check-out is before 9:00 AM, the bill must be settled the day before between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

Reception
Reception hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.

House Rules
Smoking is only permitted on the porch near the tank, and only when it is not being used by other people. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms, indoor areas, and areas adjacent to the bedrooms and terraces.
Glass cups are not allowed in the tank and pool area.
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
In common areas, all guests must respect the tranquility of other guests and wear appropriate clothing.
For food safety reasons, it is not permitted to store guests' items in the service kitchen refrigerators.
For hygiene reasons, it is not permitted to consume food in common areas that has not been provided by Monte do Álamo.
We occasionally accept the consumption of beverages not provided by Monte do Álamo. It costs €6 per bottle.
