House Cleaning
We clean the house every two nights or whenever requested by guests. Since staff do not enter houses without permission on cleaning day, we contact the guest to arrange the most convenient time.

Upon arrival, a basket of firewood will be available. To replenish your firewood, please go to the agricultural pavilion, where you will find more firewood and can use it as you wish.

Attention!
A lit fireplace is incompatible with the use of the extractor fan, as the extractor fan pulls the smoke out of the fireplace. If you need to use both appliances simultaneously, we suggest opening a window or door slightly to allow for better air circulation.

Cancellation Policy
“If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the arrival date, the amount will be credited for use at another time of the year, subject to availability. If this criterion is not respected, the Credit/Voucher Policy will be void, and the Client will lose the benefit.”
